Welche "realen Gegebenheiten" meinst du denn? Niemand kann einen zwingen, in einem Wolkenbruch schneller als 70 zu fahren. Auch auf der Autobahn nicht. Ich bin in so einer Situation sogar mal einfach unter der Brücke stehengeblieben. Allerdings war ich da mit Motorrad unterwegs. Das ist nochmal eine Spur heftiger.
