Ich hoffe, dir ist klar, dass WhatsApp nicht übers Telefonnetz, sondern übers Internet (etwas vereinfacht gesagt) funktioniert. Wenn du also mobiles Internet verweigerst, wirst du WhatsApp nur im Bereich eines WLANs verwenden können.

Im Übrigen ist mir nicht klar, warum du dich dermaßen vehement aktueller Technik verweigerst. Ich genieße es, fast alles, was ich am PC machen kann, jederzeit und an praktisch jedem Ort auch unterwegs machen zu können. Ein modernes Smartphone kann eigentlich alles, was ein PC kann - und noch weit mehr.
